Run button nearby

A Run button on the selection toolbar, right above the nodes you are working on. It presses Weave's own Run selected (or the node's Run Model), so runs and credits are exactly Weave's. No keyboard shortcut, and a double-click never runs twice. Optionally dock Run at the bottom centre from Edit bottom toolbar.
